ORDERS:
We ask that orders be submitted at least 24 hours prior to moving date. "Last minute order" scheduled less
than 24 hours prior to moving date may be subject to a $35.00 fee.
CANCELLATIONS:
Orders may be cancelled or rescheduled at anytime. A 48 hour notice is kindly asked. All Non-refundable
deposits can not be refunded, but there is no charge to reschedule. To cancel or reschedule move please
call (800) 858-1143 or send email to support@aplussvc.com. Any other refunds will be refunded by check
within 30 days of cancellation request.
SUPPLIES:
We shall provide all necessary supplies and equipments such as hand trucks, pads, tie downs, wrap only on
full service moves. Additional items may be requested or purchased.
DAMAGE CLAIMS:
A Plus Moving Services shall be liable for damages to items which are "dropped" by the workers during the
use of the moving services. Damage recovery shall be awarded by replacement of such dropped item or
repair. No other claims shall be rewarded. Insurance is provided to the customer at an additional charge.

HOLIDAY MOVING:
No moving will take place on holidays listed below:
New Years Day
Good Friday
Memorial Day
July 4th
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day
If your move absolutely needs to be done on one of those days listed above, it will be "emergency
moving". We will charge $75 extra for moving services on any of those days.
HOUR OVERAGES:
If moving services are needed for longer than requested, the extra hours can be added to the original order
at the regular hourly rate up to 8 hours total. Anything longer will be subject to time and a half.
FREE MOVE:
Every 100th customer we move is free up to 2 hours. Travel fee is not included. If additional hours are
needed, the regular hourly rate will apply.
